George Baltakian is an investment associate with the Ovaness-Rostamian Group at Marcus & Millichap in Century City. He specializes in Net Lease properties across the Southwestern United States, with categories such as grocery, drug stores, restaurants and automotive to name a few.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, George worked with a commercial team at Keller Williams in Encino, CA. There he represented clients in the sales and leasing of shopping centers and strip malls in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles.

George joined Marcus & Millichap in 2021, leveraging the firm’s national platform and wide network of investors to maximize value for his clients. As part of the Ovaness-Rostamian Group, George is a trusted advisor who takes a proactive approach and strives to create a more seamless experience. He is always attentive to his clients’ needs and guides them through each stage of the transaction with professionalism and care.

George holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University of Northridge and has achieved the REFM Level 2 Certification in financial modeling. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and continues to expand his network through long-term relationships in the commercial real estate industry.
