The evolution of his career has taken him from small-brand to prestigious corporate firms, shaping his unique and undoubtedly accomplished take on the make-up of commercial real estate. Following his 8-year tenure as Executive Vice President of BRC Advisors, Inc., Orbell, in 2016, was named First Vice President of CBRE, Inc. Shortly thereafter, in 2017, Orbell became the number one retail investment sales broker for CBRE’s Beverly Hills office, ranking him in the top ten of investment sales advisors for all of CBRE’s Southern California region.
Orbell began his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2003 as an Investment Associate; 17-years later he is the First Vice President of the very firm that started it all.
Orbell’s graduate studies at California State University, Northridge included Business Management Information Systems with a strong emphasis in Real Estate. A philanthropist and an entrepreneur, Orbell is a leader within his community and an active member of various professional organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers.
