Ivan's focus areas are the West Side of Los Angeles and Riverside County.
Before joining Marcus and Millichap, Ivan led the "I Group Team," an advisory team at Keller Williams, New York City. With a master's level education in real estate development, including site analysis, valuation, retail design, and extensive urban retail experience, Ivan is particularly adept at sourcing value-add retail and mixed-use opportunities. Since 2005, Ivan has successfully transacted over 500,000 square feet of real estate in New York City and California.
Ivan holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Southern California (USC), and he holds a bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from California State University Fullerton's (CSUF) College of Business and Economics. Ivan continually educates himself in the industry to anticipate shifting trends and develop thoughtful solutions for his clientele.
