Ivan Prochko is a skilled investment sales broker specializing in commercial real estate, with expertise in investment sales, acquisitions, financing, research, and advisory services for net lease and retail properties. Licensed in California and Utah, Ivan is part of the Ovaness-Rostamian Group, serving Southern California, Utah, and national markets.
Known for his deep industry knowledge and results-driven approach, Ivan excels in strong communication and staying calm under pressure. He advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties, particularly in aggressively marketing assets to meet price and timing objectives. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Ivan led the "I Group Team" at Keller Williams in New York City, one of the firm’s top-producing teams.
Since 2005, Ivan has transacted over 575,000 square feet of real estate. Alongside the Ovaness-Rostamian Group, he brings vast experience across a wide range of net lease categories, including restaurants, gas/c-store, auto service, grocery, pharmacy, banks, childcare, and dealerships. Their expertise also spans various retail asset types, including grocery-anchored, lifestyle, power, regional, and neighborhood centers, as well as mixed-use and high-street urban properties.
Ivan holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC and a Bachelor's in Real Estate Finance from CSUF. A former college wrestler, Ivan competed on teams that won junior college and NCAA Division 2 titles. Outside of work, he stays active with a variety of outdoor activities, including golfing, hiking, snow skiing, and mountain biking.
