Ariella Pelleriti is an associate agent who focuses on commercial retail properties out of the Century City Marcus & Millichap office. Ariella specializes in retail and mixed-use opportunities throughout West LA and net lease opportunities throughout her native Northern California region.
Prior to joining the Ovaness-Rostamian group, Ariella began her real estate career at Keller Williams, Hollywood Hills with the intent of expanding her professional network and building relationships. There she was able to use her skills in marketing to assist clients in the process of selling and buying high-end homes and development opportunities. With an innate ability of prospecting and databasing, Ariella’s curious interest for investment sales ultimately pursed her to make the transition into the commercial space.
Ariella graduated from The University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and eSociety where she studied how the Information Age has paved its way through this generation. With a background in digital marketing and communications, she is able to utilize her knowledge of technology and apply it in the real estate world. In her free time, Ariella enjoys reading thriller novels, cooking new recipes, and practicing yoga.
